About the Workshop

I believe inspiration is everywhere, everyone is creative, and creativity is the medicine that will heal the world. We'll explore building creative community and reframe failure, success, selfishness & selflessness. I teach goal setting, time management, and life hacks to maximize creativity. It's highly interactive with sing-along mantra songs that help integrate the concepts. Channel your energies into creative endeavors and heal yourself and the world using any form of art as self therapy.

Luke Rain will set a safe container for us to explore and express our emotions through dance and movement, taking us on a journey through various musical styles and energy levels, from flowing vibes to pumping dance rhythms and back down into stillness while we integrate what we have learned during a guided meditation.
