About the Workshop

Immerse yourself into a sensual journey of exploration and deep presence. Presence with self… Presence with nature… And presence with the divine… The divine that is the life force energy pulsing through everything. Surrender your sense of sight and allow your awareness to heighten as we traverse through various sensory experiences. Weaving presence, pleasure, breath, stillness, movement, nature, connection, and vocal expression. Come expand your capacity to receive and deepen your awareness of co-creating with Divinity.

Things to note: You’ll be blindfolded for most of the experience. Please bring your curiosity, presence, a yoga mat/ towel and a blindfold.
