Her joy is anchored in aligning with natural rhythms, cultivating conscious connections and being a student of living. Amanda earned her bachelors of science degree in kinesiology, specializing in gait and breath biomechanics. She is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, YA Yoga & Meditation Teacher, CHECK Holistic Lifestyle Coach, PVT Trauma Informed Somatic Practitioner, WANSM Womenβs Physiology & Nutrition Coach, Primal Movement Specialist, Pain Free Performance Specialist and has 10 years of experience with 1:1 clients and group classes. Passionate about weaving education and experience, Amanda holds gratitude for the opportunity to teach, guide and facilitate inner expansion for outer revolution. Join this experience if you are curious to learn how to reposition your respiratory diaphragm (breathing muscle) to deepen your embodied understanding of connecting with your breath. Did you know your body posture impacts how you breathe? Did you know how you breathe impacts how you perceive life? Did you know how you perceive life impacts how you experience your internal state? Did you know how you experience your internal state impacts the posture of your body? Did you know your body posture impacts how you breathe? The body influences the mind which influences the body which influences the mind which influences the body. Since your respiratory diaphragm is the steering wheel of the body it determines your ability to move with ease, process trauma and perceive truth. Weaving the wisdoms of breathing biomechanics, psychosomatic coherence and neuroception we will explore postures, techniques, and embodied practices to Activate, Integrate and Recalibrate your relationship with breathing.
