“I just want to help all beings be at ease and in touch with their own blissful nature. Because of that, I do Thai yoga massage, reiki, yoga instruction and everything else that I do during a day. I often label myself as a healing artist, and I like to make music, poetry, herbs and food. I’m in Bellingham these days. I made it to Thailand this year to study bodywork, and next spring I’ll head to Japan with my local Zen Buddhist group to hike from temple to temple. I love hugs, so here’s one for you now. Hugs!”

About the Workshop

This space will be held as an opportunity for you to integrate all the highs, lows and mysteries of your restival experience so far. The universe loves you and is you, so let’s take a moment to listen and tune in.

I will share a little about reiki and a little about yin yoga. Then we will dive in, and you can be as self-directed as you like. You can make the practice your own, join in or dip out as you like, and do whatever seems best at the moment.

I will offer minimal, guided meditation so that your experience is at the foreground. Yin yoga is slow, meditative and easily adapted for anyone. It opens the energy pathways or “nadis” of the body.

I will also support the group with reiki, which is a very gentle, soothing type of energy work. It might even help you catch a quick nap. As yoga opens the energy pathways of your body, reiki elevates the energy and helps it move. Combined, yoga and reiki can help you drop really deep into meditation and trance states.

This workshop will amplify your body’s energy and boost your healing process. Together we will deeply explore the present experience of our body, heart, mind and spirit. This offering is a delightful way to become more centered, balanced and vibrant.

*BYO props, like a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and comfort plushy. All you really need is yourself, but the props are nice.
