Energetic Self-Penetration with Isabella Grazia *Red Tent Event*

About the Workshop:

A guided self-paced journey through your own portal of creation.
Allow yourself to be guided deep within yourself, to soften into a sense of opening and connection to your inner wisdom held within the body, within the womb space.

Explore a safe container where you will be gently guided to energetically penetrate yourself through your womb gates solely using your awareness. The journey starts at the vulva, moving to the outer labia, inner labia, entrance of the yoni, the internal walls of the vagina, the cervix, and finally the womb-space.

You will be invited to bring yourself into stillness and presence with each transition into the next gateway, using breath as a tool to drop deeper into the body. This is an opportunity to deeply feel into for yourself what a sacred yes and a sacred no feels like, to build trust with your body, as we will be asking permission before traversing each gateway. Within this practice we will be feeling into the energy of each gateway and any messages that want to come through, inviting you into a deep relationship with your womb, recognizing her as your power center that holds ancient and divine wisdom, connecting you to a deep sense of sovereignty.
